In 1994 the name and corporate status of the school was changed to Community Christian Academy, Inc. and the location was changed to 3230 Buckner Lane in Paducah. Also in this year, a Board of Directors was established with nine members to set policy and govern the school.
Clara Faye Downs was appointed Administrator in 1996. The school had grown to 127 students and nine teachers.
In 1997 CCA purchased eighteen acres on US Hwy. 45 and Lebanon Church Road for the purposes of building a new facility. In 1999, Joseph K. Estes was appointed Director of Development. CCA had grown to 254 students and 22 teachers.
The 2001/2002 school year began in three locations with 335 students. It was during this period CCA received full accreditation by the State of Kentucky. Work began at the new site to begin Phase I of the new building.
Classes began the Fall of 2003 in the new facility for grades 7 - 12 with Jerald Ellington as Principal of the Middle and High School.
