General Math 7th Grade: 1st Hour Class
Monday-August 30: I took a homework check grade on the problems due for today and then we checked them in class. Due for tomorrow for a homework grade is Page 626 Lesson 2.4 #1-12.
Tuesday-August 31: I took up the assignment due for today for a grade. They did and checked in class page 81. Due for tomorrow for a homework grade is 2 worksheets: 2.4 Short Quiz and Mid-Chapter 2 Test.
Wednesday- September 1: Short Class - Chapel I handed back the graded paper from page 626. I took up the 2 worksheets due for today for a homework grade. They did and checked in class the warm-up and the definitions for Lesson 2.5. We discussed pages 82 and 83 as students took notes and did and checked one extra example. No Homework!!
Thursday-September 2: They did and checked in class the extra example that went with Example 2 and the Guided Practice from page 84 #1-4. They are working on #5-20 from page 84 and #21 and 22 and #24 and 25 from page 85. They will need to check #24 and 25 from page 85 tomorrow in class.
Friday-September 3: Short Class - Club Day We checked the 2 problems from page 85. They did and checked #1-8 from the Practice Worksheet for Lesson 2.5. Due for Tuesday is #9-16 from the same worksheet. They will have a quiz over this lesson after we finish checking the worksheet.
Pre-Algebra 7th Grade: 3rd Hour Class
Monday-August 30: We checked all of the problems due for today from Lesson 1.4. They did and checked in class #12-29 from page 22. Due for tomorrow is #32-37 #40-42 #48 and #49 from page 23.
Tuesday- August 31: We checked all of the problems due for today from page 23. They did and checked in class the Practice Worksheet #1-21 for Lesson 1.4. They need to finish the worksheet #22-30 for tomorrow. They will have a quiz tomorrow over Lesson 1.4.
Wednesday-September 1: Short Class - Chapel We checked the rest of the worksheet for Lesson 1.4. They took the quiz over this lesson. Due for tomorrow is Notebook Review #1-10 from pages 24 and 25.
Thursday-September 2: They checked page 24 and 25 the Notebook Review which was due for today. I handed back the graded quiz paper for Lesson 1.4. They did and checked in class the warm-up and the definitions for Lesson 1.5. Due for tomorrow for a homework grade is page 25 #1-13 from the Review Quiz 1 section.
Friday-September 3: Short Class - Club Day I took up the work due for today from page 25 Review Quiz 1. We discussed pages 28 and 29 as students took notes and did and checked the extra examples. They also did and checked in class the "Your Turn Now" problems from page 29. Due for Tuesday is the Getting Ready To Practice #1-10 from page 30 and one problem they copied from the board.
