Hello! This is my first year serving as librarian at CCA and I'm very exited about it. We have a couple of things that we are working on that you should be aware of. One is this: Sunny D Drinks is sponsoring a reading contest and we are collecting labels. For each 20 points we receive 20 books. This works from every grade from K-7. The website for this is: sunnyd.com. You may turn in your labels to the office at either campus.
We are also having a book drive for the middle/high school. We need books added to our collection from every genre: sports, mystery, humorous, Christian fiction. It's hard to find books that are appealing to young readers, but it's worth the effort to get good Christian or character-based books. Please help us if you can! Thanks so much!
